And just off the coast, Capri is marked by secluded beaches and hidden caves — a destination best discovered by boat. Sail on to Portoferraio on the Italian island of Elba for a late stay. Explore the famed Medici Fortress or take in a performance at the ancient Vigilanti Theatre
